“They give a starting price of £110.00 plus vat for upto 20 items Then when
invoice comes there are extras such as sockets £39.99 +vat for 3 double sockets.
Then you receive a email saying you require a Energy efficiency certificate. I
moved into this property 2years ago and the landlord requested one from the
contractor after refurbishment had been completed. Not impressed 😕”

mentioned on our confirmation letter. Sorry to hear you are not happy receiving
