What is your pricing?

Our prices are dynamic based on client needs. Every business has differently
levels of complexity and size. After we discover your company's requirements, we
charge an agreed upon, flat monthly fee.

Is specialized advice more effective?

Highly. The ability to connect the dots between units, reimbursements,
operations, marketing ROI, financials, etc is the driver of effective strategic
planning in operations, cost reductions, and growth.

What accounting software do we need?

You'll need Quickbooks Online to work with us. If you don't use it currently, no
sweat. We will do the migration for you during Onboarding.

What is the time commitment?

It's possible someone on your staff will be able to provide us with most of the
information we need. At the minimum, we require an hour a month during
onboarding for interviews and a team member we can ask routine questions.


Afterwards, I'll send videos for analysis and updates that you can watch at your
leisure and schedule meetings only when necessary.


In general, the time loss from your current finance processes is higher than it
appears on the surface. It's not just about the hour here or there; it's about
the opportunities missed, the stress induced, and the time that could have been
better spent on growing the business or improving patient care.

Is there a long term contract?

Not at all. Our services are month to month. Feel free to cancel any time. We're
