- The Contractors Health and Safety Scheme - for meeting recognised industry
standards during a pre-qualification assessment.

- Opus - a Company with nearly 20 years of experience in arranging Security
Services all across the UK. We work closely in partnership with our valued
clients, which include many locations across Cardiff, Caerphilly, Bridgend,
Barry South Wales Valleys, and sites located within the M4 Corridor. Opus has
experienced service teams deployed at many diverse locations such as
Construction Sites, Leisure Facilities, Pubs and Nightclubs, Offices and Car
Parks.

Opus has good working relationships with companies who provide complimentary
services and when required, employs contract staff to fill vacancies at short
notice (for instance emergency cover, ‘disaster recovery’, adverse weather
conditions etc. Opus’ guarantee is the providence of many long term customers.
Opus are happy to enter into contract that any work would have to be signed off
by client as being satisfactory, prior to our staff finishing the contract. Opus
are engaged in the ISO 9001 accreditation process and hopes to reach compliance
in 2013.




EXPERIENCED STAFF

- All our Security staff are highly trained in Weapon and Drug Detection,
ensuring maximum protection and legal compliance for your venue. Opus employ
only SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed staff, a legal requirement in
the Security Sector. Our Security Officers are specially trained to tactfully
manage issues such as behaviour, conflict management, civil and criminal law. We
can also offer searching and arrest procedures, drug awareness, licensing law,
and emergency procedures.

A number of our security staff are also CSCS Cardholders - relevant for the
Construction industry - and have passed Enhanced CRB Checks. All Opus staff
received Health and Safety training, 'Toolbox' sessions and refresher courses.
