The United States Naval Community College (USNCC) was introduced to support
enlisted Sailors and Marines in achieving professional certificates and
associate degrees that will enhance operational readiness and improve
warfighting capabilities, while putting students on a path to lifelong learning.
USNCC has since expanded to support active duty enlisted Coast Guardsmen and
Coast Guard Reservists.

High Quality Partner Institutions
Stackable Certificates
The US Naval Community College works with active duty enlisted Sailors, Marines,
and Coast Guardsmen as well as Coast Guard Reservists to apply credits earned
from military training and prior education toward their associate degree. The
USNCC provides a five-course Naval Studies Certificate that counts as 15 of the
60 credits required for associate degrees. With the addition of the US Coast
Guard, Coast Guardsmen will also be able to access the USNCC.

USNCC Redesigns Student Portal
The USNCC has successfully launched an enhanced myUSNCC Student Portal! This
significant upgrade heralds a new era in educational accessibility and resource
management for USNCC students. The updated portal includes features like clear
visibility into command approval status, case management insights, overview of
registered courses, appointment scheduling with coaches, and the ability to
update personal profiles directly.
