Through our 21-point audit process, I’ll assess gaps, risks, and develop strategies to improve or course correct. This method enables me to identify bottlenecks in your processes and design and develop strategies for reducing roadblocks in your daily operations. Strategic planning My “sweet spot” is crafting strategic plans and benchmarks for sustainable scaling and growth. As a founder you may not have the time to plan for strategic growth, set new business goals, and hire teams to offset your growing workload. As a COO, my goal is to be that person on your team who provides additional perspective when making important decisions to help you find solutions, strategies and opportunities to succeed. WHAT IS A FRACTIONAL CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER? What is a "Fractional Chief Operating Officer?" Fractional COO’s roles are similar to full time employees but they are not salaried and work as Independent Consultants. As Fractional COO’s, they’ll perform duties outlined in a standard operating procedure or contract for a specific time period. At the end of the contract, you can agree to extend the agreement, hire the COO full time, or end the contract. WHEN TO HIRE ME!
