HELLO THERE, WELCOME TO THE SITE!

I'm a software developer with a passion for video games and emulators, I started
using emulators around 1996 and then developing them several years later. I find
emulators blend a unique mix of technical challenges along with the enjoyment of
working with my favorite games. The focus for my emulators is creating enjoyable
and easy to use software that play many games well, accuracy to the original
hardware is often a work in progress and may not be a focus.

I work on these projects as a hobby in my free time, they are freely available
for you to download and enjoy. If you wish to support me you will find ways to
do that here as well.

Jnes is an emulator for the original 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System (NES)
with an enjoyable and intuitive user interface which has been translated into 20
languages. Whether you are looking to instantly save your game progress or
record a movie for friends you'll find it here. Compatibility tends to focus on
North American and European games, although there is support for many popular
Japanese games.
