This Forge and Fabric mod gives you a trophy when you complete an advancement.
The trophy looks like this:




This is not all of the trophies -- This is just for display.

 

The name and the item changes based on what advancement the trophy is for.

   Really nice mod! I would love if you could add a config for disable/enable
   certain tier trophies. Ive got a big Advancement datapack installed & after
   joining the game you will get 5 trophies ^^" That you only can get trophies
   for challenges & not for "tasks".

   There are also a lot of datapacks out there that are using advancements for
   guides. Like Vanillatweaks. A trophie for that is kinda pointless. ^^"

   First of all, love the idea of the datapack, I installed it and looks
   amazing. After editing some things, I have hopefully fixed the thing you are
   talking about (Getting trophies with Vanilla Tweaks) - I will be hopefully
   adding tiers and command support in the next update

   Maybe have the trophies be different Tier "iron, Gold and Diamond" and you
   can smelt it to get a random ore :D as a way to say "Good job!"

    Or similar to that, how there's 3 types of advancements: Regular, Goal and
   Challenge. Maybe depending on the type of advancement, the type of trophy
   changes to reflect that, e.g: Regular is gold, goal is diamond and challenge

   Probably a better concept than the Advancement Frames. I like this mod very

   possbly found a bug. Me and my neice were playing a modpack i jumbled
   together and she found an underground dungeon and got the heart of the earth
   but threw it to me. we were using lootr not sure if that matters but i opened
   the chest as well and i middle clicked for inventory sorter to sort the chest
   at the same time and we crashed. tried getting back on the save asap but it
   kicked me off and kicked me to the multiplayer menu

   Hello, I play with this mod in survival with others mods and when i complete

    You only get it when completing a certain type of advancements. What

    Hi, I have only 1 trophy for achivement from mod farmer's delight, others
   trophies i dont have (I play with russian language)

    The mod checks that it doesn't have children (meaning that you can't get
   more advancements after unlocking that advancement) and, it must look like
