NEW USER TRAINING WEBINAR SERIES

These live 45-minute training webinars will introduce you to the new Chemical
Market Analytics (CMA) website and will focus on either a Short-Term Outlook
(MAS) workflow or a Long-Term Outlook (WA).

The Short-Term Outlook (MAS) provides accurate current near-term market data and
analysis for five basic chemical families. Depending on content and client
needs, the services distribute daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly reports
and/or data supplements. This session is intended for a wide range of Chemical
professionals involved in procurement, sales & marketing, and financial and
strategic planning activities.

The Long-Term Outlook (WA) provides a long-term, forward view of chemical
markets, with insight and analysis covering capacity, supply/demand and trade,
price forecasts and production economics for over 150 commodity chemicals across
35 individual services. This webinar is intended for a wide range of Chemical
professionals involved in procurement, sales and marketing, and financial and
strategic planning activities.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

 * When you first visit the platform, you will be greeted with a new “splash”
   page with a link to login.

 * You will need to create a new password the first time you log into the
   platform*. For security reasons, we cannot copy over login credentials. You
   may reuse your previous password, assuming it meets the requirements.

 * Your email subscription settings will be migrated over. It is recommended
   that you verify these settings upon first login.

 * Publications have been formatted and optimized for on-screen viewing, or you
   can download a PDF version using the built-in print function of your
   computer/browser.

 * Publication access. You can continue to access content with one click from
   the email notification after your first log-in.

 * Whitelist the following domains: cma.opisnet.com and dowjones.com. This will
   ensure access to the new platform. Email notifications will be sent from
   content@cma.opisnet.com.

*Note: If you already have login credentials for any of the services listed
here, you can use that information to access the new CMA website: Dow Jones
Factiva, McCloskey, OPIS PricePro, OPIS AnalyticsPro, Axxis Fuel Reconciliation
Management and Axxis Fuel Volume Forecasting. A password reset is not required.


IMPROVEMENTS ON THE NEW SITE

 * Easier Navigation: Content navigation has been consolidated to the left
   sidebar and the top drop-down menu has been removed. With this shift comes
   clarified menu labels and easier access to our portfolio of data tools.

 * Guided Experience: A unified look and feel for the Data Browser and Custom
   Tools allows for a more intuitive journey to find the information you want.
   Saved Workbooks and Queries are conveniently located as tabs within the Data
   Browser.

 * New Data Browser Query Features: Improved user experience with a ‘step’
   approach that allows you to add or remove filter options by dataset.
   Dataset-specific filter selections will be saved to your profile.

 * Mobile-device Friendly: Redesigned user experience to be portable for you
   whether you’re on a laptop or desktop, a tablet, or a mobile phone.

 * Expert Directory: Search for Experts within the platform by name and/or value
   chain.
