Your account has been selected to earn 0.5% cash back on all payments sent as virtual cards. This limited time promotion is free and there’s no sign up needed. How do I make more payments with BILL? To move your vendor payments into BILL, simply upload a bill and once the payment is made, your vendor will receive a virtual card. Since they already accept virtual cards in BILL from other customers, there’s no setup required. How can I get more vendors to accept virtual cards? We can help you by inviting your vendors to receive virtual cards. Send us your list of vendors and we’ll reach out to them for you. Invite Vendors How long is the virtual card cash back promotion valid? The offer is only applicable for settled virtual card payments sent between 12/12/2023 to 06/30/2024. When and how will I get my cash back? Each month you’ll receive an ACH deposit that has the total amount of cash back you’ve accrued from the prior month except that payouts for eligible transactions settled between Dec 12, 2023 and Jan 30, 2024 will be paid in Feb 2024. How do I leave the cash back promotion? If you don’t want to participate in this program, you have the option to unenroll. Any cash back earned before you leave the promotion will be deposited in your account and you will not earn cash back on future payments. To leave the promotion, log in to bill.com, then go to the Bills page. Click on the “virtual card cash back” banner, which will take you to the “virtual card cash back” promotion page. Scroll down to "How do I leave the cash back promotion?" Select “Leave Promotion.” *Terms and Conditions: Offer available only to customers, including if applicable, Clients (as defined in the BILL Terms of Service), who received the offer from BILL by email and/or in-product banner, and is non-transferable. This offer is in addition to any rewards available under the Rewards Agreement. The 0.5% rebates are only applicable to settled virtual card payments sent by customers (or on behalf of Clients), between Dec 12, 2023 to Jun 30, 2024 (“Promotional Period”). The rebate amount for an eligible virtual card payment is calculated as 0.5% of the overall payment amount processed received by the intended recipient. Rebates will be paid via ACH to the primary bank account on file, by the in middle of the following month and based on settled virtual card payments in the prior month except that payouts for eligible transactions settled between Dec. 12 2023 and Jan 30, 2024, will be paid in Feb 2024. Recurring payments processed between Dec 12, 2023 and Jun 30, 2024 will only be provided rebates if the payment is during the Promotional Period and successfully settled. Receipt of payout may be contingent upon provision of a completed W-9 and bank information necessary for ACH payout. You (or your Client, as is applicable) may leave promotion at any time during the Promotional Period. BILL reserves the right to modify or end this promotion in its sole discretion.
