I try to copy Apple and Figma site for testing. The plugin doesn't work. It
keeps showing an error: "Servers are unreachable. If your internet is working,
you may be located in a country with known restrictions. If that is the case,
you'll need a VPN for html.to.design to work properly. If you believe the
problem is on our side, please let us know."

Hello @ruslankhalikov, I am sorry it doesn't work for you. I think regarding the
error message you get depending on your location or country, there is maybe some
restrictions with your ISP to reach our server. Using a VPN connection will
allow you to change your public location and then you could reach our server.

Seems like it would be a great plugin, but $18/m per user is ridiculous. Tried

Hi divRIOTS Team, am new to Figma and just trialed your html.to.design plugin
and it has saved me so much time! However, I have noticed that the imports don't
pickup mega menus and dropdown menus. Is this a limitation or am I not importing
the website correctly? Also, I would like to upgrade to pro and unsure on which
plan is suitable. If I opt for the monthly plan, can I cancel when my design is
complete and therefore no longer need figma & your plugin? Look forward to your

Hi Chris, they should be sent to the email address attached to your Figma
account. You can view your purchase history in Figma: -Open Figma in the file
browser. -Select your avatar in the top-left corner to open the account menu.
-Click Settings. -Select the Community tab. -Scroll to Community purchases to

Plugin works pretty well for static websites. If you use with websites that has
animations it wont work and almost all the content will be missing. Hopefully

How can we get the Figma design for the entire webpage when the webpage has an
iframe inside it? As of now, that section comes up as blank in the Figma design.

Hi! Usually iframes are also captured. Something may be preventing it. Please
