Gianxi stunning + food variety
This was our first experience with Odinovo travel agency. They specialize in
small group or family individual travel. The experience was overall superior in
spite of the fact that we demanded higher standard accommodations and
transportation, which are not easy to find, they are scarce in small towns. The
quality of hotels in Guilin (where they are based) and other smaller places was
superior. Guanchzou is more business town and hotel was Crowne Plaza
conventional business hotel, a bit worn down. Not liked it. I admit the ignorant
about the region and conventional sites here. Mola Xiao had put together a
program that appears to be a good fit to our preferences and interests. Travel
documents, particularly for Chinese trains, the prepared as early as possible,
and getting around the train where no one understands English. Getting to
platform at the train station, boarding the train registration - all of these
things are not immediately apparent to a visitor. Odynovo arranged
helpersportier who literally took us (and luggage) from the auto seat to the car
train train car seat hand in hand, that was important and I recommend arranging
for this service. I understand Odynovo works not only in China but also in
Southeast Asia throughout including Laos, Cambodia and beyond. When we come
back, I will work with them since now on. We also had special needs, and an
agency put an emphasis on complying and serving up to these unconventional
requests. Our guide Li (English name Merrick) has very good language capacity.he
was taking care of us day and night because of the Chinese holidays. They were a
lot of queues and jams and delays. Merrick has assisted us without time limits,
literally day and night, when he was not nearby. In other words, he worked
overtime no questions asked to give us all the experiences as planned. He was
always available by messenger. Learned to use messenger chat that this is highly
recommended to all travelers because Visa and MasterCard do not necessarily work
here, but through mediation of WeChat application, it is possible to make
payments based on QR code. In other words, you tie your bank card to the
application and then use it to scan QR code to pay the money being drawn
directly from your debit card account. In other city we were assisted by Russian
speaking Chinese lady Leena (this is not her conventional job, but last minute
the guide – interpreter we have originally arranged, came unavailable). Kudos to
Yeah Odynovo for finding replacement Leena was friendly and sociable. Advice: to
the extent possible, do not come to China during Chinese New Year and first week
of May (when there is a long holiday for local people), there will be tons of
national tourists everywhere jamming your schedule

An Amazing Vacation Experience with Odynovo!!!
Just returned from a truly unforgettable trip to Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong
and China planned with Mr Terry Zhang of Odynovo. With Terry's meticulous
planning our group of four had no problems during this trip, we were very
satisfied with the hotels, meals, airline transfers and our Guides. Terry kept
in touch with us during our trip, we we were highly appreciative of this
gesture. We were fortunate to have Mr Savy guide us in Siem Reap sharing his
knowledge of the Temples and places of interest; it was great to spend time with
Mr Dien in Ho Chi Minh, he gave us a wonderful overview of this dynamic city;
Mrs Trinh in Hanoi was amazing, she answered all of our questions, she is an
encyclopedia of knowledge and information and ensured that we enjoyed our time
in this area; Ms. Helina is a fantastic guide - she tried to accommodate all the
things we wanted to see and do in Hong Kong (in the limited time we were there)
and she as well as the other guides ensured that we felt safe and comfortable
during our touring; and a shout out to Mr Peter in Tianjin who was very helpful
to us. Thank you Terry, our Guides and Odynovo for an Amazing and Unforgettable
Vacation.

My family had the pleasure of embarking on a two-week journey with Odynovo, and
it was nothing short of exceptional! We had such great service and help from
Reinself Wei, who was always responsive and provided us with an itinerary that
maximised what we could experience from two different countries, Thailand and
China. The scheduling and choice of places were perfect for my parents who love
cultural and historical sights, trying as much of the local cuisine and lots of
nature. We also have high praises for the professionalism and trustworthiness of
both drivers and tour guides that we met on this journey. Their expertise not
only ensured our safety but also enriched our experience with valuable insights
and knowledge of the local traditions. My parents particularly loved their time
at Guilin, where both Mr Yuan and Mr Eric went above and beyond to cater to
their every need. They communicated well and looked after my parents' comfort
and interests throughout the tour. My parents were delighted with the exciting
opportunities such as picking and making their own tea and customizing a
handmade painting from a local Chinese master. I would highly recommend Odynovo
to ensure that your every travel needs are met for a truly immersive and
unforgettable experience. Thank you once again!

Excellent trip to China
This was a prefect trip that we could not have done it without the planning done
and the guides provided by Odynovo. We visited Shanghai, Beijing, Xian,
Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. The provided guides including Michelle in Shanghai,
Tracy Liu in Beijing, Jessica in Xi'an, and Ana in Hong Kong were excellent.
They were very knowledgeable of their cities, the history, the backgrounds of
the interesting sites, etc. They were very accommodating, and went beyond their
duty to help us explore the various cities and sites. The only issue was that
our itinerary in Hong Kong was prepared by Odynovo to cover Kowloon area only
(where we stayed), but when we expressed our desire to explore Hong Kong Island,
a quick action by Ana, she revised the itinerary to go to Hong Kong Island and
visit some of the most interesting sites instead. The trip was memorable and our
sincere thanks to Michelle, Tracy, Jessica, and Ana.

Great Time Touring Beijing with Tracy!
From the moment Tracy met us at the airport, we knew we were in good hands! She
welcomed us as we exited the airport arrivals area, and took us directly to
where our driver was waiting to bring us to our hotel. During the drive, she
explained a change to our intended itinerary for Beijing, and expertly swapped
around our first 2 days so that we did not miss one of our selected sites. She
then walked us into the hotel lobby to ensure that we were properly checked in
with the hotel staff. Over our next 4 days, we were greeted by Tracy with an
itinerary confirmation for the day, and nice conversation as she shared aspects
of her personal life which was friendly and informative. At each stop at our
tour, she paved the way to secure tickets and get us quickly through the queues.
We appreciated her historical knowledge, enjoyed her lunch selections, and the
added suggestion to attend a phenomenal theatrical show! Overall, she made our
trip informative, carefree, and fun!!

Trip of our lifetime
Four of us recently completed a tour of Thailand, Cambodia , Viet Nam , Hong
Kong, Tianjin and Beijing and we are very pleased to say it was seamless and
uneventful. Full compliments to Terry from Odynovo who was the mastermind and
chief organiser. It was well organised and brilliantly executed. Thank you
Terry. In all the locations , the guides were prompt, well organised and
extremely knowledgeable. They were friendly, helpful and went out of their to
ensure we were well taken care of and all our requests were fulfilled from
laundry to special shopping needs. Special mention of the following folks for
making our trip , the trip of our lifetime : Mr Patihan Jumsai ( mr Tao) from
Bangkok Ms Ying from Chiang Mi - both very knowledgeable and friendly Ms Nikki (
Kumpriya Anektanaset) from Puket ensured that we enjoyed all Puket had to offer
culturally. Very friendly and helpful Mr Savy from Cambodia gave us history
lessons on the several temples. Mr Chau Quang Dien showed us all the sights of
Ho Chi Minh and high enery of the city. Even took the ladies on his scooter for
a live experience - was a blast. Mrs. Phung ThanhTrinh was supa knowledgeable.
Information was pouring out of her like hot lava from an erupting volcano. Went
the extra mile to ensure we got a full story of viet nam, Ha Long bay . She was
incredible. Did a perfect job - 10 out of 10 Ms Helina Lee from Hong Kong made
Hong Kong memorable. She ensured we were safe , took care of all our needs to
ensure we enjoyef hong kong to the fullest. She was amazing. Also did a perfect
job 10 out of 10. Messrs Peter and Kurt from Tianjin and Beijing were also quite
helpful in taking us to all the sites especially the Wall . I would recommend
Odynovo highly to anyone planning a similar tour. Cheers . Thank you Terry and

China! Do it with Odynovo!
We're reasonably well travelled, and have always organised everything ourselves.
But when we started to investigate a trip to China we realised pretty quickly
that we'd have a much more productive time on the ground if the four of us went
with an official tour company. We came across Odynovo on the web, so we made
some enquiries. David Ding became our personal tour organiser, and although they
had an "example tour" on the website that matched about 70% with what we wanted
to see, David listened carefully to everything we asked and patiently worked
with us for many weeks as we hammered out a final plan. David suggested a number
of accommodation options for our budget, finding us even better places if and
when they arose, he provided the invitation and itinerary letters for our Visa
applications, he provided us with a living webpage itinerary, so we could always
check what we'd decided so far, and he kept us up to date with everything that
was happening. Essentially the plan was this... -- We would get ourselves to and
from Beijing -- David would arrange our accommodation, our Yangzhe cruise and
all our Bullet train tickets -- Then in each city or region to be visited,
there'd be a personal guide with car and driver, who would not only guide us
through and around the places on our list, but would organise our tickets, help
us avoid the queues, know exactly where every bathroom was!, and make sure we
had whatever we needed. -- We'd be picked up and dropped off daily to all
hotels, stations and airports, and at arrival and departure -- And we'd have
lots of time to ourselves to do whatever we wanted And that's exactly what
happened! Thanks David! Excellent! And an extremely high five to each and every
Guide! Kurt in Beijing, Nancy in Xi'an, Abby in Chendu, Nancy in Chongqing,
Daniel in Yichang and Win in Shanghai. They were our guides, our teachers, our
advisors, our help when we needed it. So many small acts of kindness, like
secretly carrying a can of Diet Coke just in case they had none at the lunchtime
restaurant, and having tonic water delivered to our hotel before our arrival,
and providing directions and help with last minute things we were planning in
the evenings. Our Guides became an integral part of our China experience. I was
quite blown away, really. Sorry for getting a bit carried away!!!, but we made
the absolute right decision, by a long shot, in choosing Odynovo.
