DONATED EMBRYOS ARE NOT DISTRIBUTED AMONG MULTIPLE FAMILIES.

 * The Snowflakes embryo donor family gives all of their remaining embryos to
   one adopting family.
 * This enables genetic siblings to live and thrive in fewer families, and in
   families where their existence is known.
 * Contact and communication is available for potential future medical
   emergencies.
 * Fertility clinic donation programs will frequently anonymously divide a
   genetic sibling donation of embryos among many recipient patients. No
   information about the birth of resulting children is provided.
 * The Snowflakes program charges no additional fees for keeping embryo sibling
   groups together.


WE UNDERSTAND WHAT IS REQUIRED TO LEGALLY ALLOW YOU TO DONATE EMBRYOS


 * The adopting family’s fertility clinic will require documentation from your
   fertility clinic. We do the work for you.
 * The FDA has particular rules and regulations that must be followed to enable
   you to donate your embryos.  We help you complete them so you may move on to
   matching with an adopting family.
 * If you aren’t quite ready to donate your embryos but are struggling with the
   high-cost of embryo storage at your clinic we have lower-cost options
   available for you.
 * Our contracts are clear. They specifically help you relinquish all rights and
   responsibilies to children born as a result of your embryo donation.


THERE ARE NO FEES** FOR DONATING YOUR EMBRYOS WHEN YOU COMPLETE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS PROMPTLY.


In order to help you get your embryos placed in a timely manner, we ask new
embryo donors to complete all of their initial documentation within one (1)
months. On average, donor parents are able to complete the documents within 2-3
weeks. The reward for completing your documents in a timely manner? Snowflakes
will pay for your FDA required infectious disease testing. If you are unable to
complete your documents within one month, you will be responsible for the cost
of infectious disease testing.

Most embryo adoption costs**are covered by the adoptive family. Storage fees for
the embryos will continue to be paid by the placing parents until the embryos
are transferred by legal contract to the adopting family and shipped to their
fertility clinic.

* There is a fee for placing families who only 1 remaining embryo. Why? Because
a singleton embryo is more difficult to match with our average adopting family
who are interested in adopting 3-5 embryos. Please contact us to learn more
about your options.
