CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY WITH US

THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF MARCH, YWCA EDMONTON IS HONOURED TO WORK WITH A NUMBER
OF GENEROUS PARTNERS TO SUPPORT OUR MISSION. YOUR SUPPORT OF THESE INITIATIVES
HELPS US IN OUR WORK TO CREATE STRONGER, SAFER COMMUNITIES FOR ALL.

March 7: Avana Builds is hosting a one-day pop-up campaign, matching all general
donations up to $2500.

March 8: Kind Ice Cream is donating 100% of the proceeds of all scoop sales to
YWCA Edmonton’s Healing Haven program.

March 11- 31: SoEla‘s PowHerful Campaign returns, with 40% of proceeds being
donated to YWCA Edmonton.

March 22- April 22: NeWest Press is launching a campaign for International
Women’s Month, donating 10% of book sales by their female authors to the YWCA.

YWCA Edmonton has been serving the capital region since its founding in 1907. We
are a women’s organization that advances the wellness and growth of women, girls
and families.

Since founding in 1907, YWCA Edmonton has grown and evolved with Edmontonians,
responding to the ever-changing issues and needs of a growing population.

Today, we’re proud to support 9,000 women and families through counselling,
leadership programs, outdoor education and disability services. 

Our Reach

face and how to cope with them.
