IS THERE A CONTRACT OR A SET UP FEE?

There are no contracts or setup fees. If you sign up between September and
December, a peak surge fee of $299 per month is applied, which is discontinued
starting January. Signing up before September exempts you from any peak
surcharges. This pricing structure helps us staff and prepare our team
effectively for the high demand during the peak season.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO SPEND ON INDEED, ZIPRECRUITER ETC?

We automatically post to ZipRecruiter and Google jobs for free. Indeed requires
a minimum of $5 per day. All of this goes to Indeed as it is required by them
and it will get you the most applicants.

WHO MANAGES THE JOB POSTINGS?

We do. We automatically post to ZipRecruiter, Google jobs and Indeed. We
constantly close and re-post your job posting so that it stays at the top of the
search engines.

WHO MANAGES FIRST ADVANTAGE?

We do all of the work from sending the application to the applicant, assisting
them to fill it out, helping them to get drug tested, go thru background and
pro-actively resolve any FADV issue that might arise.

HOW FAST CAN I GET STARTED?

Getting started only takes 15 minutes. Getting authorization to your First
Advantage takes 2-3 business days and then your job posting will go live.
Depending on your area it'll take 2-4 weeks to start getting ready to go
drivers. After that the process is fully automated and you'll have a pipeline of
ready to go drivers consistently.

DO I HAVE TO CALL THE APPLICANTS?

You will only call them once they are ready for a road test. We handle every
aspect before that stage. As soon as they apply for the job we will call them,
text them, email them until we get ahold of them and start the pre-qualification
process.
