ACUMATICA SUBSCRIPTION SAAS AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the usage of Acumatica SaaS subscriptions.
Acumatica’s Subscription Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement sets forth the
terms pursuant to which you will be permitted access to the Service.

ACUMATICA END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the usage of Acumatica PCS subscriptions and PCP
licenses.
Acumatica’s End-User License Agreement (EULA) sets forth the terms pursuant to
which you will be permitted access to Acumatica software.

ACUMATICA SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Acumatica’s Support Subscription Agreement (“Support Services”) sets forth the
terms pursuant to the Support Services which you will be permitted to receive,
and becomes effective upon the earlier of first use of the Support Services or
completion of a sales order.

The Acumatica Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) sets forth the terms by which
Acumatica provides certain services to clients, and becomes effective only upon
execution of Statements of Work between the parties which incorporate the terms
