R2 Developments is actively seeking mixed-use sites within the targeted
counties, we are happy to explore development projects which require
short/medium term investment holds with a longer term development angle.
We have also been involved in a number of new build retail and residential
combined schemes, which we are seeking to repeat.

R2 Developments is involved in numerous Strategic Land opportunities around the
country and is actively seeking more. We provide both the expertise and the
finances necessary to unlock development sites, while working closely with
landowners to keep them informed and involved throughout the process.
Unlike most development companies we care greatly about the schemes that we are
involved with and seek to ensure that the landowner not only receives maximum
value for the land, but leaves behind a legacy that they can be proud of.




RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

R2 Developments is in the process of building a number of high quality
development sites both independently and as part of Joint Ventures. We seek to
develop houses and flats to suit all, but with one common aspect; we build
aiming for long-term quality, not a short-term profit.
