UNITED STATES REAFFIRMS TIES TO SEYCHELLES AT THE U.S.-AFRICA LEADERS SUMMIT

The White House announced key deliverables to reaffirm the United States’
commitment to deepen and expand our partnership with African countries.

U.S. EMBASSY ORGANIZES DIVE AND SALVAGE EVENT IN SEYCHELLES

The U.S. Embassy, in collaboration with the U.S. Commander Task Force
Sixty-Eight (CTF-68), the Seychelles Ports Authority, and the Seychelles Coast
Guard, organized a Dive Engagement to remove the wreckage of a submerged vessel
that was a hazard to navigation and blocking valuable pier space.


U.S. EMBASSY ANNOUNCES ARRIVAL OF ITS COUNSELOR FOR SEYCHELLES

The U.S. Embassy to Mauritius and Seychelles is pleased to announce the arrival
to the U.S. Office in Victoria of James Donegan, Counselor for Seychelles
affairs. Mr. Donegan’s arrival is part of the U.S. government’s efforts to
expand and strengthen the U.S.-Seychelles bilateral relationship.
