Big Bear came out today and replaced one of our air conditioners! Great job with
explaining all that needed to be done and what was found while replacing the
unit. They also added some venting that would of been done during the build to
provide adequate air/heat to a couple of the bedrooms and media room. They have
won our service and we will refer them to others in need! Thank you for your
honesty, professionalism, and clean up!

We needed an AC repair a few weeks ago. Schedule a repair with a local company
who no-showed and continually sent us to voicemail. Called Paschal late notice
and they were able to have someone out the next morning. Matthew did our AC
repair, and even noticed a different part that was about to break and repaired
that for us as well. Very professional and timely!Today I found a water leak in
my wall and immediately called Paschal. They had Dustin out same day — because
of how busy they are with repairs this time of year, Dustin wasn’t able to come
within the set time frame, but still called and offered to stop by if it was
okay. He was able to find the leaky pipe in the wall and repair it quickly. So
kind and professional. Will definitely continue to use this company!

Had some plumbing issues, decided to call Paschal. Our service man (tech) was

My AC stopped working and Paschal was able to come out same day! The customer
service rep. that answered (Melanie I believe) was phenomenal from scheduling
the service and providing information. She was kind and helpful. They provide
specific text updates with a picture of your tech and a link to see live GPS for
arrival and distance away.The tech, Alan, that came out later that day was just
amazing. He was attentive, very clear and informatitive when it came to the
problem and solution. Alan also recommended the membership Paschal provides. It
truly felt like he was genuine in making sure we received the best value and
looking out for any future repair costs. Alan even went above and beyond as was
one of my vents were messed up and not staying intact with the screw. Alan
searched for the correct screw and repaired the vent to make sure it was intact
with the wall.This was my first experience with Paschal and I would HIGHLY
RECOMMEND them to anyone. They made such a great first impression from customer
service to technician repairs!

Lance was the tech who came out to give us an estimate on what needed done. He
even climbed up into the attic and took pics of our duct work to show us how bad
it really was. He went through all our options being very transparent with
pricing. We decided to go with the whole HAVC system and new duct work. They
sent me a text message so i could track when the team would be here, even
included a pic of personnel so i knew who to expect. The team showed up on
Monday installed it all very quickly and efficiently. All the techs were polite
and answered any question I had. They hauled off my old equipment including the
cement pad and ducts . Couldn't even tell they had been here. I would recommend
Pascal to everyone I know.

We only needed information about how we could programs our mini split remote to
turn on and turn off automatically at certain times every day. A serviceman came
very quickly, listened attentively, made a call to headquarters, and relayed
that we needed to install another wired thermostat in order for the AC to come
on automatically daily. That was what we needed to know, although we have
decided not to do it at this time. The service we received today was excellent.

Decarlos came out to look at my outside condensing unit that was spinning
backwards. After another company came out earlier that week and quoted me a
$2,500 repair to fix it, Decarlos fixed the problem in 5 minutes for the base
service fee charge. He was very helpful and explained the issue thoroughly. I’ll
be calling Paschal and Decarlos going forward for AC repairs.

We used Larson in our last home and when we sold and moved we lost touch buying
a new home and having the “incumbent” for us. I was contacted by them last month
for routine service and notified them of our changes but having had experience
we decided to take advantage of the special for service offered. I’m so glad
they called because we never felt comfortable before but now having Larson back
with us as our heating and air company we are so blessed. Shiloh our service rep
was fantastic. He knows his work and is an honest and dedicated man providing
value and peace of mind. Larson really does it well and they have excellent
service reps. We will forever use them and ask for Shiloh. Anyone looking for a
good and honest company for your heating and air needs I highly recommend Larson
and Shiloh.

********Excellent Company Period**********We have had experiences with several
Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC
Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and
heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our
house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up
the heater. He had to wait ALL DAY for the inspector who did come by, and for
OGE to turn the electricity back on!! He was here from 8am to close to 7 or
730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I
would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss,
David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way,
but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to
turn our electricity back on, Pascal was going to pay for a hotel room that
accepted our 3 fur-babies, and money for food that would have been wasted in
refrigerator. Finally, OGE turned the electricity back on, or Pascal was given
authorlzarion to turn on, I honestly don't remember at this point. Austin didn't
complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in
any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! I will be updating this
review regarding the other services provided by Paschal. We upgraded so many
things and have had several employees for each installation/repair. Once I get
all names, I will update this review! Wonderful company, professional,
reputable, and genuine. To be continued -Jennifer O'Hara Lavaca, AR. They helped
us by assessing a horriblly installed unit from another company, that was barely
2 years old. I had paid 1000's of dollars for nothing. The cost to fix the unit,
would have been the same as getting a new unit. So, we decided to finance a new
unit through Paschal.. It's so amazing. Our house is so cool and stays cool even
when the air is off!! Love love love this company!!!

the next day, and he did a great job. He stayed until he fixed the problem which

I was the General Superintent of the commercial division of River Oaks Builders.
Over the course of several years I built my house- several additions. My hvac
was old. When I received your flyer, meant to call, but just filed it. When my
air went down on a 100 degree day I called you, mostly because the ' good Ole
boy's ' of days past would be days to show up. Logan was here the same day I
called ad got it working. With that great impression I called for a priest to
replace my old stuff. Kory came out and we looked at it together. He gave me a
price. If you can fix it, can pay your price. We knew it would be a tough
install. A few days later, Doug,Tanner, John and Ty were here for the install. A
bit of head scratching later- how can this go in there? Kory came out and
together the issue was resolved with air on that day. The team endeavored to
persevere. A couple days later BK and his partner from Woodruff County came to
tie up the loose ends. As perfect a job as could be done. To say I'm highly
impressed with the entire experience would fall short of how happy Tanya and I
feel. The house smells and feels better than ever Dougie had pointed out that
the old a coil was beginning to grow mold. You have put together a great team of

removing the old systems (Furnace: A/C Unit) replacing with new systems. Along

water heater wasn't responding. Patrick got us on the schedule for the next day

Honestly, I am unbelievably impressed with the service and experience I had with
Paschal Air. We just bought a new home, and unfortunately our AC unit stopped
working the week we moved in.. terrible luck. So, we called Paschall Air to come
out and repair our system.Through that repair process, the technician
unfortunately made a wiring mistake that caused our compressor to fail and
require replacement. I called and let them know as soon as we discovered the
miswire, and I was obviously very nervous that it was going to be a long drawn
out process/fight to have our AC fixed and that it would end up costing us
thousands of dollars out of pocket.BUT instead of the nightmarish situation it
could have been, it was an unbelievably easy and simple process. They reviewed
the information on their end and immediately confirmed that they had in fact
made the mistake and accepted full responsibility. They then came out SAME DAY
to replace our entire unit at no cost to us. Not only did they replace the unit,
but they actually replaced it with a better unit than what we had before.We’re
all human and we all make mistakes, but the important thing is how you handle
those mistakes. I certainly feel that Paschal Air handled their mistake in the
best way possible which was such a massive relief for us. They’ve definitely
earned our loyalty and trust as customers.Melanie in the office was super polite
and helpful every time I spoke with her. Caleb was professional, empathetic,
honest, and apologetic when he called me back to respond about the mistake that
was made.The technician that made the original mistake also came back to correct
it. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and this was so minuscule in the grand
scheme of things. The technician was so nice to work with, and I still
wholeheartedly trust him to do repairs and maintenance for us in the

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the
maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a
carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything

told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days
old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual

The technician, Andrew was most courteous and professional in his diagnosis of
my geothermal problem today. He was thorough timely and precise. His explanation
of the assessment was such that I could easily understand him and feel very
comfortable deciding what the next logical step was going to be. I had a totally
exceptional experience today in dealing with an issue that is difficult for the
average homeowner to understand. He was honest and his candor was genuine and
very much appreciated .

I had a complete HVAC system replaced in January, system was spec'd out by
Daniel and Trey. We have had nothing but problems since install from not
heating, to system configuration issues, and now not cooling. Technicians have
been out more than a dozen times, still have a very expensive fan that moves
warm air around the house during the summer heat. Not to mention our electric
bill going over $400 to keep our house around 80 degrees. I have been battling
these problems for 8 months now, and continue to get the run around every time I
call, or when a technician comes out to the house.
Now 1 month later, and still no resolution to our problems. I keep being told
that this manager or that manager will call me, and the calls never come. This
has been a nightmare experience.

Ian came out and quoted me for a full system replacement after being without AC
for 3.5 days. He was thorough & fair. I didn't feel like it was just a sales
pitch like I did with the other companies that had come out. He had me on the
schedule the very next day. The crew was out early & spent all day getting my
new system installed. They worked hard in a very hot house & attic that is
upstairs! They got me up & running & I am now in a comfortable, cooled home! I

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C
unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many
issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last
few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part
is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As
a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2
years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well
you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and
robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been
bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they
resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties
that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every
platform about their terrible service!

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t
working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very
helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20
years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go
over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We
are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight
Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed
my system and we had cold A/C again. I felt that his pricing was a great value

Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and
work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there
that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman
arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working
the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT,
and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to
everyone!

The staff was very professional and explained very clearly what was wrong with

follow up to complete repairs and new installation. They cleaned up after the
work was complete and remembered to latch the gate when they left, which no

We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window
unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t
required much service since then but did need to completely change out our
central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump.
That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge
of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the
unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we
finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at
all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they
replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the
office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit
and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with
management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out ,
replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very
efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without
the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost
every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And
the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and
replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for
going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work
100%.

I have worked with these guys several times - they always tell me what is

Big Bear came out today and replaced one of our air conditioners! Great job with
explaining all that needed to be done and what was found while replacing the
unit. They also added some venting that would of been done during the build to
provide adequate air/heat to a couple of the bedrooms and media room. They have
won our service and we will refer them to others in need! Thank you for your
