MAJOR FIRMS GROUP MEETING


THE RITZ-CARLTON, NAPLES, FLORIDA

Please join us for the upcoming Major Firms Group (MFG) meeting on Wednesday,
January 3 - Friday, January 5, 2024. When making travel arrangements, note that
the meeting begins at 1:00PM ET on Wednesday and ends at 11:00AM ET on Friday.

Similar to years past, we allow two individuals from each firm to attend.
Additionally, firms are again encouraged to invite a female leader to the
meeting, either as one of the two firm representatives or as a third
representative offered for this meeting. Note that the only reasons firms should
have more than three representatives would be due to a leadership transition or
if the firm has a speaker on the agenda.  For approval for an additional
representative in a transition year, please communicate with the AICPA & CIMA
team in advance of registration by sending an email to MFG@AICPA.org.

The meeting will kick off with three optional meetings on Wednesday, January 3:

 * COO Meeting: Meeting begins at 7:30AM ET and concludes at 12:00PM ET.
   Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
 * New CEO Meeting: Meeting begins at 7:30AM ET and concludes at 12:00PM ET.
    Breakfast and lunch will be provided. This meeting is designed for upcoming
   (within 1 year) or new CEOs (1-3 years in their role).
 * Established CEO Meeting: Based on member request, we’ve added a third
   optional meeting designed for CEOs 4+ years in their role.  This meeting
   begins at 7:30AM ET and concludes at 12:00PM ET.  Breakfast and lunch will be
   provided.

If you are attending the COO, Established CEO, or New CEO Meeting, please add
these additional items to your regular registration. In addition, attendees can
also register a guest for attendance to the receptions, meals, and access to the
guest lounge. 

A Guest Pass can be purchased after your initial registration and can be found
on the Payment tab once your order has been processed.

Cancellation policy: To receive a refund of registration fees, cancellations
must be received by Monday, December 18. To cancel your registration, please
contact Jessica.Woody@aicpa-cima.com.
