They provide us with skilled and educated accountants based in India to work alongside with us to serve our clients - the way company employees work here in the US. SOLUTION How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors? We interviewed several staff outsourcing firms through Internet searching. We found Entigrity's business model and staff to be the most professional, organized and of highest quality among the firm candidates. Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used. Entigrity's staff dials into our network and computers remotely, and they assist us in tax preparation and bookkeeping - our firm's two main services. Describe their billing or cost structure. We have an annual contract with Entigrity set for x amount of hours per week, for such and such interviewed and trained staff member(s). During the busy tax season, Entigrity's billing flexibility allows us to retain their staff for more hours. How many resources from the firm's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We currently have two year-round associates, one staff/ junior level and one senior level, and during the tax season, our staff count from Entigrity doubles or triples. RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services? Entigrity's staff is educated, intelligent, hardworking and kind. We are able to obtain great quality work from them at prices that are significantly less than what we would pay for US-based counterpart talent. We all have room for improvement and I am sure that Entigrity, on its end, will continue to be self-aware in order to keep thriving. That is the name of the game for any company. We had previously worked with outsourcing firm in past and it did not go that well so we thought to give Entigrity a try by hiring a single offshore staff to help in bookkeeping. What were your goals for this engagement? Our main goal was to optimize the time of our local staff and get the day to day work of bookkeeping and other small work done through offshore staff . SOLUTION How did you select Entigrity Solutions LLC? So one of the manager from entigrity Ronald Smith , reached out to me through linked in, he had given me a good presentation and we took it from there. Describe the engagement in detail. After I had decided to work with them , they took my requirement based on that we had created a JD for offshore staff. with In a week I was shared some of the resumes after that I took the Interview and hired that staff. The transition was smooth and the kind of IT infrastructure they have , I never had any complains . Now I have a team of 4 offshore staff who do tax preparation and bookkeeping for me. Describe their billing or cost structure. They bill me weekly based on the hourly rate . What was the team composition? Initially I had hired a single staff but once I was assured of the quality, I Increased the number to 4. RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success? In our Industry it is a task to hire a professional . With Entigrity our cost of four staff reduced down to 1/3 as you get people at a very low rate in India. Our local staff had more time to focus on client, we even got some of the task on auto mode . How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? So we have one local staff and under him there are two offshore staff. For us it worked really well and most of the day to day work was taken care by offshore staff. What did you find most impressive about this company? I was really impressed by their process and IT infrastructure . The Offshore staff was good in communication , though there was accent in their language but they could understand and respond to our questions . Are there any areas for improvement?
