TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement is based on a minimum 36-month contract term unless otherwise
stated.

By signing this document, you are subject to the standard Vir2ue Terms &
Conditions.

All quoted pricing excludes UK VAT.


SERVICE NOTES

Each Ethernet circuit will be delivered with a dedicated carrier router and a
/29 IP address range.

Each carrier router will be configured with dual ports to support a direct HA
Firewall pair plug in.

Additional IP addresses will be subject to completion of an accepted IP
justification form to ensure we adhere to the RIPE regulations and may incur
additional monthly charges.

Billing will start as soon as each circuit has been installed and handed over by
the carrier.

Pricing is dependent upon Bandwidth and Location.

SERVICE INSTALLATION LEAD TIMES:

Installation costs and lead times quoted are subject to a full carrier site
survey and may increase if additional work is required to deliver the service.

All lead times quoted on the installation of services are based on the
acceptance of the order by the carrier.
