 * 2002 : HyperQuality was founded by Mike Mattsen and Howard Lee. Aarati Kumar
   was the first Country Head for India.
 * 2010 : Mike Mattsen left HyperQuality to form “MattsenKumar” and helped
   companies launch offshore operations and also managed the COPC India sales
   and fulfillment.
 * 2012 : HyperQuality hired Mike Mattsen back to be President via MattsenKumar.
 * 2015 – Current:  HyperQuality sold the India operations to MattsenKumar and
   all their India employees became part of MK. MK provides end-to-end sales and
   service delivery support for all the clients, along with traditional “Third
   Party Quality Monitoring Services” under the MK umbrella.
   
   
   
   MK provides a wide array of contact center management, Back-Office
   Operations, Third Party Quality Services, Analytics Services, Consulting, and
   Technology Products under the MK brand.
