STRATEGIC URBAN PLANNING:

This is the first step of the planning process, where the city sets its vision,
goals, and priorities for the future. It involves conducting research, analysis,
and consultation to identify the needs and opportunities of the city and its
residents. The result of this step is a strategic plan that guides the city’s
development and growth. Some of the positions that are involved in this step
are:


CITY PLANNER:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced city planner to lead the
development and implementation of a new city in Saudi Arabia. This is a unique
opportunity to create a city that is sustainable, livable, and innovative.


URBAN ANALYST:

We are looking for a talented and passionate urban analyst to join our team and
help us build the city of the future in Saudi Arabia. As an urban analyst, you
will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and information related to
the city's social, economic, environmental, and spatial aspects. You will use
various tools and methods, such as surveys, interviews, GIS, and statistics, to
provide insights and recommendations for the strategic plan of the city.


URBAN DESIGNER:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in building the
city of the future. You will work with a team of world-class designers and
engineers to create a city that is both sustainable and livable, with a focus on
smart technology, renewable energy, and green spaces.As an urban designer, you
will be responsible for the visual and spatial aspects of the city plan. You
will work to create a city that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional,
with a focus on pedestrian safety, accessibility, and public transportation.You
will also be responsible for communicating the city plan to the public and other
stakeholders. This will involve developing presentations, creating maps and
diagrams, and writing reports.

CIVIL ENGINEER:

We are hiring talented civil engineers to build the city of the future in Saudi

URBAN MANAGEMENT:

city’s assets and services are efficient, effective, and responsive to the needs
and expectations of the city and its residents. Some of the positions that are
involved in this step are:


URBAN MANAGER:

An urban manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the urban
management activities and functions, such as maintenance, operation, regulation,
and evaluation. They work with various departments, agencies, and partners to
ensure that the city’s assets and services are well-managed and well-performed.
An urban manager typically has a bachelor’s degree in public administration,
business administration, or a related field, and several years of experience in
urban management and administration.


URBAN INSPECTOR:

An urban inspector is responsible for inspecting and enforcing the urban
management activities and functions, such as maintenance, operation, regulation,
and evaluation. They work with various departments, agencies, and partners to
ensure that the city’s assets and services comply with the laws, rules, and
standards. An urban inspector typically has a diploma or certificate in urban
inspection, engineering, or a related field, and some experience in urban
inspection and enforcement.


URBAN OPERATOR:

An urban operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the urban
infrastructure and facilities, such as roads, bridges, parks, buildings, and
utilities. They work with various tools and equipment to ensure that the city’s
assets and services are functional and reliable. An urban operator typically has
a high school diploma or equivalent, and some experience in urban operation and
maintenance.
