WELCOME

At The Hairbank we provide a bespoke consultation on how you feel about your
hair. We take into account everything from lifestyle, faceshape, fashion and
current trends. Also taking into consideration your cut, colour and condition of
your hair. We want you to feel beautiful and confident when you leave the
Hairbank.

Wednesday 9.30am – 3.00pm

Thursday 9.00am – 7.00pm

Friday 10.00am – 5.00pm

Had a really nice experience but also a really quality cut & colour. I can tell
Jake-Joel has good experience and felt assured I was in good hands. Really happy
with the result! But to be fair all the staff are great here.

I have had such a fantastic experience at the Hairbank with Jake-Joel! Went in
for a complete restyle after having a baby and letting my hair get out of
control. Jake-Joel worked some incredible magic listening to what I wanted and
suggesting cut and colour - I’m so happy with the results and will be going

I’ve been a few times now and wow ir is such a lovely environment each time I
go. I am made to feel so welcome from the moment of stepping through the door
until leaving. Ria is fabulous, and I really loved her ideas and options that
helped me quickly decide. Ria took the time to understand the colour and cut
issues I was having with my hair. Highly recommend this hair salon and look

Have been coming to the Hair Bank for around 6 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere
else. Always provide an amazing service in a relaxing setting. Had my wedding
recently and had extentions fitted for the first time. These were colour matched
to pefection. Thank you for always making me feel amazing.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 50% deposit for all appointments made. New clients will be required
to pay 100% of their first appointment upon booking and then 50% thereafter. If
any appointment is missed or 48 hours notice is not given all future
appointments must be paid in full.

Appointments over 4 hours we require full 100% payment upon booking.

If you have booked your appointment ONLINE, please amend or cancel it ONLINE. 

We require at least 48hrs notice for any cancellation or moving of appointments.
failure to provide sufficient notice will result in appointment cancellation
charges or loss of deposit.

Please ring the salon on 0161 747 8833 as soon as possible or email
thehairbank@gmail.com to cancel or move appointments.

We do not have the manpower to monitor social media message, please do not try
to cancel appointments this way.

We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible to move or cancel any
appointments, so we have more chance  of re-filling the gap.

Our promise to you for any late cancellations

-We understand things happen and people can get ill or called into work or a
child is sent home from school, so we will always work with you.

If we manage to re-fill any last minute cancelled appointment a full refund will
be given  or moved over to your next appointment.


SATISFACTION POLICY

We always strive for excellent service satisfaction and for each guest to leave
from their appointment with a wide smile every visit. In the rare event of a
dissatisfying result*, we will stand by a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and
offer full support in correcting our services until desired results are
achieved. Clients must notify The hairbank within 3 business days of the initial
service to qualify for the complimentary correctional service. Refunds,
unfortunately, are not offered.
