Kroger Ends Express Scripts Pharmacy Agreement (Nov. 22, 2022)
Kroger is ending their pharmacy provider agreement with Express
Scripts effective January 1, 2023. Affected members were sent a notice in the
mail and can use our Find a Doctor tool to find a new local pharmacy. Search
using the term ‘pharmacy’ or select the ‘Other Services’ category. View list of
Kroger pharmacies, including Fred Meyer and QFC.

Open enrollment happens during a specific timeframe each year when you can sign
up or change your health plan, depending on you and your family’s needs. Learn
more about health plans and upcoming open enrollment dates:

Individual marketplace
Open enrollment runs from Nov 1 - Dec 15

Medicare
Open enrollment runs from Oct 15 - Dec 7

Employer-based plans
Open enrollment dates vary. If you have a health plan through your employer,
check with your benefits administrator to find out when enrollment starts.
