BUDDHA BOWL MET PITTIGE SALSA

Een bowl vol met verse groente, garnalen en feta, geserveerd met een pittige
salsa verde dressing.


INGREDIËNTEN

Aantal porties


 * 500 g garnalen, gepeld

 * 700 g broccoli

 * 1 kg kikkererwten

 * 250 g avocado, reepjes

 * 300 g komkommer, gesneden

 * 400 g sojabonen,

 * 350 g feta, verkruimeld

 * 150 g zonnebloempitten

 * 60 g pompoenpitten

 * 200 g radijs, gewassen

 * 4 limoenen, partjes

 * 300 g Santa Maria Salsa Verde




BEREIDINGSWIJZE

 1. Voorverwarm de oven op 225°C.

 2. Kook de broccoliroosjes voor 30 seconde, spoel dan af met koud water.

 3. Verdeel de kikkererwten over een ovenschaal en bak ze voor ongeveer 10
    minuten in de oven.

 4. Arrange all salad ingredients neatly in portion bowls, then garnish with
    pumpkin seeds. Verdeel alle salade ingrediëntne over verschillende bowls,
    garneer dan met de pompoenpitten.

 5. Serveer de bowls met de salsa verde.
