ABOUT US

tectrex was founded as a joint venture of RTX21 and 360X AG, who is backed by
Deutsche Börse and Commerzbank, with the aim to revolutionize institutional real
estate investment and trading.

The company will offer a holistic ecosystem for standardized digital
securitization of institutional real estate investments, offering investors and
asset owners a full investment lifecycle toolkit to support analysis, decision
making and execution via a joint liquidity pool with 360X. The tectrex platform
will integrate all features necessary for secure and digital real estate
investments within a fully compliant and regulated setup.
