ABOUT ME


I TURNED MY BACK ON THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. THANK GOD!

I've had a great time living, travelling and experiencing. Music has always been
in my heart but not my slavery. Forty years on and I'd like to share my songs
and music and if possible some of my insights and life experiences. I was never
a rock 'n' roll animal but I had a damn good time!

SUBURBAN WAVELENGTH

My first band ..not much to say about that.

JOHNNY WILDBOY AND THE CITY CENTRE SHAKERS

Hey Gord...do you know a bass player?...Yeh me! (I went and bought one)

NEW BLOOD

Not really a Johnny Thunders appreciation society band....was we?

THOSE CUCUMBER SHADES

Ten gigs... a bunch of my best songs!...and I never really knew what I was
doing. I just wanted to sing and give life to my songs!

MIXATIC

Our friend built a room in his attic (loft). I promptly moved in with some
guitars, synths, a cubase/atari sequencer and some unique ideas!

BITE AND GDANSK

Trudged around the local clubs, playing cover versions at parties and weddings
(on bass). Great experience but man!...they wouldn't take a tour of Europe. What
a waste!

FIVE YEAR JAM SESSION IN MALAYSIA

Every weekend I had the freedom to play what I wanted. So I memorized a 100 rock
'n roll classics and learned to play lead guitar! Amazing learning experience
...thanks to my buddy Ben at the Living Room Cafe, Batu Ferringhi.

Ascension time 2012 was approaching. My friend asked me to write a
song....something about a DNA upgrade.
