I had the pleasure of working with Mirza to purchase a 2025 S60 Recharge. I had
planned to order the car, but learned through Mirza this was no longer an
option. Instead, he recommended I come into the dealership and drive a couple
different vehicles to get the experience of both the sedan and the drivetrain.
He then worked with me to find exactly the car I wanted. I am very appreciative
of his willingness to go above and beyond to locate and request the car. I would
highly recommend Mirza to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Volvo.
Ray was fantastic and made the buying process feel like a breeze. Fantastic

I wish this had been a better experience but from start to finish, Bobby Rahal,
and particularly Mike Solito, fell wildly short of the luxury brand Volvo is
supposed to be.I was looking for a specific used car model which I was having a
hard time finding near me. Bobby Rahal had the exact model / specs / color I was
looking for. but out of state. My first phone call there I was connected with
Mike who told me at least half a dozen times over the almost 2 weeks we worked
together to "google his name" and it would show how experienced he was. For a
guy so dead set on his reputation, hes a lot of talk and no action. He said that
he could handle an out of state sale with no issue and hes done it before. The
experience went down hill from there.We rapidly began having issues with Mike's
poor communication and ability to correctly fill out and send documents in a
timely matter. Day after day it was "oh well I didn't get to it today, I'll have
it done first thing tomorrow" which would turn into "oh I had something come up
but so and so knows about you and will help" (to which the person had no idea
about our sale). Forms were incorrectly filled out (including a literally made
up delivery address) and sent late resulting in delays of the sale. I finally
had enough and started working with Joe Gusky, the new car manager who was kind
enough to step in even though we were buying a used car. He is the only reason
this sale went through and appears to be the only competent person there (and
the only reason this review got 2 stars instead of 1).When the paperwork finally
arrived, they only sent 1 form to notarize though both my husband and I were
going to be on the car. I called Mike and he goes "Oh we use our notary and
theyll just notarize the form when you mail it." If youve ever used a notary in
your life, you know this is literally not how notaries work. I fired Mike then
and called Joe who clarified they meant to send 2 documents and we were able to
make a copy - had I trusted Mike and his "20 years of experience" we would have
had yet another delay and had to redo the papers.Finally, the car arrives two
weeks after this process began. I recognize that I bought a used car and
imperfections are a natural aspect of that, however, I very specifically, in
writing, asked Mike about how the back/trunk of the car looked because there
were no upclose photos online. "Oh its perfect!! Pristine!!" was essentially his
description. To perhaps no surprise by now, the car arrives with many deep
scratches along the back bumper. That is not what I call pristine and a blatant
lie. The car also had a strange odor. I called Joe (at this point I was done
working with Mike, and Mike made absolutely no attempt to ever apologize / own
up to his inabilities) and I was then told that I could receive up to $200 for
repairs because that is how much it would have cost them to fix it prior to
shipping it to me (which, had Mike been honest, I would have requested be done
prior to shipment for obvious reasons) - where in the world am I supposed to
find somewhere to repair the bumper for that cheap? To date I have not received
the refund and will be out of pocket far more than that to repair it.THEN we
also find out that they did not send the LICENSE PLATE. How does a car
dealership anticipate one drive a car without a plate?? Joe stepped in again and
got this overnighted, but it's another example of how literally every step of
this sale went poorly. Joe did what he could (even sent a target gift card in
apology) but at the end of the day, I have a dinged up "luxury" car that was an
absolute headache to obtain.In hindsight, I wish I would have jumped ship at
Mike's 1st, 2nd, or 3rd error and waited for a local car to be available. Avoid
Mike Solito at all costs.

Ray did a great job from start to finish when it came to purchasing the truck.
Communication was on par and the entire process went as smooth as possible. I do
feel trade value could of been better but that has nothing to do with my
salesman. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
