Job Details:

DEVxHUB looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-oriented Full Stack
Developer  ( Django + React ) to help our team with fast-growing Software, Web
Application, and Mobile Application platforms, which will be used by millions of
users and thousands of business solutions worldwide.




Basic Requirements:

 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field: However,
    significant practical experience could sometimes serve as a substitute for
    formal education.
 2. Proficiency in English: Both written and verbal communication skills are
    vital, especially if the team operates in an English-speaking environment.

Technical Skills:

 1.  Strong proficiency in JavaScript: Including DOM manipulation and the
     JavaScript object model.
 2.  Understanding of React.js and its core principles: Experience with popular
     React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) is a bonus.
 3.  Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript: You should be
     comfortable with ES6 syntax and features.
 4.  Experience with Django and Django REST framework: A strong understanding of
     server-side templating languages and server-side CSS preprocessors.
 5.  Understanding of Python: As Django is a Python-based framework, a solid
     grasp of Python is essential.
 6.  Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js):
     Understanding data structures is vital for complex applications.
 7.  Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token:
     Security is a crucial aspect of web development.
 8.  Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack,
     NPM, etc.: These tools are important for managing and bundling your
     project's resources.
 9.  Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into
     technical requirements: A key aspect of full-stack development is the
     ability to translate business needs into functioning software.
 10. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git: This is a standard
     requirement for almost any development role.
 11. Experience with GraphQL: A strong understanding of how to use GraphQL to
     interact with APIs.
 12. Understanding of WebSocket for real-time communication: It's crucial to
     have experience with WebSocket if your application requires real-time
     functionalities.

Additional Skills:

 1. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools: Experience with
    continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) could also be beneficial.
 2. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Chrome
    DevTools: It's helpful if you know how to diagnose and fix performance
    issues.
 3. Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps: Having some experience with
    cloud platforms (like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) can be advantageous, as many
    businesses are moving towards cloud-based solutions.
 4. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance: Depending on the
    project, it might be necessary to meet certain accessibility and security
    standards.

Required Skills: 

  - Minimum 2 + years of experience in relevant field (Django + React )

  - Solving 100+ programming problem is plus point. 




What we offer (Benefits)

 * DEVxHUB provides Mac devices for the development environment. ( DEVxHUB has
   its own policy for it )
 * Salary Range: BDT 60k to 100k Per Month. [Negotiable based on Skill and
   Experience ]
 * Salary Review Yearly
 * Yearly Bonus an extra full 13th-month salary in one year cycle.
 * Salary increment upon getting married.
 * Paid leave, maternity & paternity leave, sick leave, causal leave, Govt.
   holidays [slightly modified by DEVxHUB ]
 * Day off: Alternative Sunday [ 1st & 3rd week Saturday & Sunday, 2nd & 4th
   week only Saturday, So 6 days in a Month ]
 * Other Day off: As per company policy
 * Performance Bonus, Creativity bonus, Loyalty bonus, and Daily appreciation
   bonus "As per company policy."
 * Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM [1-hour lunch break, Salat break, coffee
   break, etc.]
