The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is modern, has clean and comfortable rooms and

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS
The Renaissance is a great place to stay. Check-in was a breeze. The
on-site Starbucks is convenient, there's even a gift store so you can buy
souvenirs before heading out of Dallas. The room was so clean and the views
on other side is great. There are restaurants and stores (Walmart) nearby
the hotel, all within minutes driving. Getting into and out of the hotel
was always a breeze because of the proper traffic controls.
The bathroom is innovative, with the shower handle in a position to set
before getting into the shower. The sink could be a little deeper, as a
result, the water would splash all over the sides of the sink when just
washing your face or brushing.
I know there is a Starbucks and having complimentary coffee might eat into
that business, but during hours that Starbucks was closed, complimentary
coffee should be offered. I saw on my last day of stay, early morning hours
(6am), there was some complimentary coffee setup at the check-in counter.
Wish that was communicated to me previously as there were couple mornings
we needed coffee.
Overall its a great stay and I would stay again.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND LOVELY RESTAURANT!
I only had one night for a business trip, but was welcomed by a very
friendly staff, complimentary water, a modern room with plenty of outlets
in good locations for charging devices, and a great dinner at their
gorgeous restaurant.

The property was very well maintained, clean and actually beautiful.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, I encountered was pleasant, courteous and
helpful. I had 2 excellent breakfasts at the restaurant and used the well
equipped and clean workout facility.
