What is The Database?
The Database is a collection of PFPs, each soulbound to a Repeat Offenders
street scene NFT. Each PFP from The Database is a perpetual free claim for the
current owner of the corresponding Repeat Offender NFT.
What does "soulbound" mean?

NFTs from the Database cannot be sold / transferred. They can only be claimed
for free by the current owner of the corresponding Repeat Offender NFT.

How do I get an NFT from The Database?

If you own a Repeat Offender NFT, you can claim the corresponding PFP as an NFT
from your personal Vault.

If you don't own a Repeat Offender NFT, you can buy one on a secondary market,
and claim the PFP thereafter:
