Living in France and having to relocate in Miami, we « worked » remotely with
Nicolas for 2 months before we finally... met him. Exchanging emails, calls,
text messages and whatsapp conversations, he was always there, responsive and
willing to help, whatever the time despite the 6-hour gap between our two time
zones... That allowed us to screen the market and him to get a very precise idea
of the kind of house we wanted to purchase given our specific criteria and price
range. In the meantime, he even toured 2 houses without us, filming them for us
to watch from France! When in Miami, we had only a couple of days available to
find a place we can call home. Nicolas managed to line up all the tours during

Nicolas is an excellent salesman. I met him while I was looking for a place to
invest in Cannes. In fact it was by pure... chance that I got aware of exactly
the piece of real estate I was looking for. I have the feeling that Nicolas
realized my inner thoughts and like a friendly pitbull did not loose his grip on
me . Then everything went smoothly and his assistance was outmost welcome, i.e.
notary public and all the massive paperwork I had to go through. Had I a real
