Train like a pro concept was developed by Miami base trainer Billy Riaño as a
result from his work some professional athletes and his own experience of 22
years networking along different trainers and strength & conditioning coaches in

need to develop a system that brings the mentality of how pro athletes train to
the needs and reality of everyday people.



By combining metabolic weight training, unconventional training (kettlebells,
steel clubs, mace) with High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) and proper
nutrition guidelines tailored specifically for each individual, results are
visible in a short time delivering moves, looks and feel of a pro athlete. With

NUTRITION COACHING

personalized nutritional assessments to help you find the right balance for you.




I love that I am I able to motivate, help and inspire so many people, it gives
me the greatest satisfaction to share my nutritional knowledge with my clients
and help them improve their knowledge nutrition, the quality of foods they eat &
their eating habits.




Nutrition is the most important aspect of the health- journey, yet it is the
most difficult. With so many diets and studies out there, it can be overwhelming
to figure out what is best for you. I don’t believe in food restrictions my
approach is more flexible, you can still get results without food restrictions.
I incorporate important habits that will stick and help my clients succeed.

 * What type of training you do?
   
   
   The type of training I do is called Metabolic Training which basically means
   do as many basic and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises
   in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and
   AFTER the workout. FYI, your metabolism (aka metabolic rate) is how many
   calories your body burns at rest.

 * Do you help with nutrition?
   
   
   Yes I do. I am certified Precision Nutrition coach. I work closely with my
   clients to analyze their eating habits, and teach them how to make better
   food choices in order to accomplish the desired goal.

 * Can you help injured people?
   
   
   While I always recommend seeing a professional (doctor, physical therapist) I
   can help with strength training to complement physical therapy as well as use
   trigger point technique to alleviate pain and soreness.

 * Do you work with children?
   
   
   Yes I do work with with kids ages 8-18 yrs old; always with the parents’
   permission. I believe it is important to help them on their development as
   human beings and motor skills.

 * What other services, besides personal training, you offer?
   
   
   I offer stretching sessions, trigger point release therapy, compression
   therapy and vibration therapy.

 * What’s you main goal with clients?
   
   
   My goal is to help, guide and provide my clients with all the tools they need
   to succeed in their health journey; regardless of the level of fitness they
   find themselves.
