served FirstRand for 11 years in various senior roles, including leading the
Vodacom Financial Services partnership. Following that, he was the Head of
Alliance Banking and CIO at Mercantile Bank Limited for four years. He
introduced payment capabilities to Blue Label Telecoms and then MMI Holdings,
serving at an executive level with these listed companies.
He has helped create several ‘challenger’ FinTech ventures in the past few

Seamus has disputes experience at all levels of the civil tribunal in the
U.K., the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. His cases range
from hedge funds to the film industry, fine art, shipping, contracts, torts,
trust, and most notably, blockchain technology.
In 2011, Seamus successfully represented Andrew Ainsworth, maker of the Star
Wars Stormtrooper costumes, in the matter of Lucasfilm Ltd v Ainsworth [2011]
UKSC 39. In that case, the U.K. Supreme Court ruled that the helmets were not
a sculpture for the purposes of U.K. intellectual property law. So Ainsworth
continues to manufacture and sell them to collectors of high-end memorabilia,
as he does to this day. The case also established the jurisdiction of the
U.K. Courts to determine claims about global copyright infringement.
Seamus currently advises and represents well-established and upcoming

Daniel is the Israel ambassador for the BSV blockchain’s association. He

Change Digital Commerce is a Swiss-based company building out a stablecoin
issuance platform on the BSV blockchain. GAP600 enables the instant

Justin is the president and co-founder of VX Technologies, a blockchain
vaccination verification and administration platform built on the BSV
Blockchain. He is and has been a global entrepreneur focusing on technology,
management, health doctrine, and strategy.
Justin founded a product design company while in college (Savannah College of
Art and Design) called Survival Solutions.
He and his team won the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) Gold
Award for their ‘survival pod’ and received funding to build an international
crisis management group that made products and constructed doctrine to
mitigate the loss of life and social structure for mass casualty global
disasters. Justin worked with the USAID, the UN, and FEMA in that role. His
passions have always been solving problems and global affairs.
Justin also built and ran two Porsche Design franchise stores in the Chicago
area with a successful exit. Since then, Justin has been involved with
creating a strategy for marketing and team building for numerous corporate
clients and has overseen both design and internal rebranding.
Justin and Zach Weiner co-founded Nomadic Creative together in 2017, a global
creative asset company.
He is a competition-licensed Race Car Driver, world traveler, and artist.

Ahmed Yousif has two decades of experience working in the ICT industry, most
of which has been on Digital Transformation products and services for public
sector governance and e-Government innovation. After 15 years working in the
U.S. government in a leadership role, he joined the Makkah Municipality in
2015 in Saudi Arabia as a Digital Transformation and Strategic Head.
As a Digital Transformation Leader, he has led many data-driven projects in
the area of Blockchain, BI, AI, and ML where he delivers substantial
strategic results. His strong operational focus based on data and customer
digital experience is used to inform, plan, and enable digital strategies.
Ahmed is also the Middle East Lead for the BSV Blockchain for Government
Initiative. In this role, he builds awareness and understanding of the
utility of the BSV blockchain for large-scale government agency and public
sector projects, as well as establishes and develop relationships with
enterprise leaders and government policymakers across the Middle East.
He is a proven cross-cultural, multi-national executive with exceptional
influencing skills and is an innovator with a deep grasp of G2C and G2G
technologies, data, and services both in the U.S. and abroad.

Kashifu is a versatile technocrat, InfoTech expert, and professional
innovation strategist with a proven track record of excellence in solutions
architecture, tech development, policy design/formulation, growth management,
IT operations, and high-level government relations. He is currently the
Director-General/CEO of Nigeria's apex IT and Data Security Regulatory Agency
and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
Kashifu is a transformational leader with nearly two decades of corporate
experience that cuts across the public and private sectors in Nigeria. Since
2019, he has been at the helm of affairs and has spearheaded several
policies, programs, projects, and government initiatives that have helped to
forge/develop the country's IT sector. Kashifu is also credited with helping
the Nigerian government save over $80 million in the last three years through
the design and implementation of the IT clearance initiative across federal
parastatals.
Prior to becoming the Director-General of NITDA, Kashifu worked at Galaxy
Backbone Ltd as a Network Engineer before joining the Central Bank of Nigeria
(CBN) as a Senior Technology Solutions Architect. In 2017, he joined NITDA as
the Technical Assistant to the then Director-General before being appointed
DG in 2019 by Nigeria's President- Muhammadu Buhari.
Kashifu is a Computer Science graduate from ATBU, Bauchi, Nigeria, and is a
recipient of several executive certifications in leadership, innovation,
telecommunications, service management, networking, and solutions design from
top-notch universities, including Harvard University, University of
Cambridge, and Oxford University to mention a few. He is also an alumnus of
the prestigious IMD Business School, Switzerland, and the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MIT). Inuwa is the first Cisco Certified
Internetwork Expert CCIE in Nigeria's public sector.
He is a result-oriented professional that has changed the narrative of the
Nigerian IT industry. Kashifu has since placed NITDA and Nigeria's IT sector
on the global digital economy map, setting enviable standards and heights,
which has, in turn, improved the overall outlook of the sector.

Catherine's academic career includes many awards for academic excellence and
publications in peer-reviewed and other scientific journals. She received her
doctoral degree in Microbial Genetics at the age of 28.
Dr. Catherine's professional career started in academia and later evolved
into corporate, where she held leadership roles in several multinational
corporations operating in the food and beverage industry on the African
continent. Recently she led the COVID-19 response program of the Kingdom of
Lesotho in the role of Deputy CEO of the National COVID-19 Secretariat,
working with cabinet leadership, civil servants, UN agencies, and
policymakers at the highest level of government.
Dr. Catherine is a passionate Pan-Africanist who believes that Africa's
professionals, its youth, and the harnessing of technology and digital
solutions can transform the continent's prospects and future. She is the
Executive Sales Director Africa for VX Technologies—a verified records (VRTM)
company leveraging blockchain technology for storage and verification of
records; whether it is health, academic, or professional credentials, if a
record needs to be reliably stored and verified, VX Technologies can do it.
She is a mother of two young boys and currently lives in Johannesburg.
