Refinancing a home is not a fun process and it is quite involved. Having someone
like Luke who is super knowledgeable, very communicative and makes himself
accessible at every turn was extremely helpful. First he coached us even a year
before we embarked on the refinance process with his company on how to improve
our credit to position ourselves for a better refinance situation and then
followed through to get back in touch with us to structure a great loan. That
shows me he looks out for the well being of his clientele. And through the whole

I had my mortgage with a well know mortgage company. They reached out to me
about refinancing to a lower interest rate, of 2.99%.
I I tried for 5 months to get the deal done with them. I became aware they were
just playing with me when they kept delaying the deal for 3 straight months,
saying they needed new monthly statements on certain accounts to move forward.
Then they wouldn't review anything until the last 2 days of the month, which
meant that they needed the nmost current monthly statements again. I have been
self employed since 1988 with my automotive repair company.
I suspect they just wanted nothing to do with a self employed person at this
time.
Then I found Luke Kost at Fidelity Home Mortgage. He got the DEAL DONE in 2
MONTHS, at a LOWER RATE of 2.875%, and SAVED ME OVER $8000 IN FEES over what my
current mortgage company had proposed. The real KICKER IS HE DID IT THROUGH THE
EXACT SAME MORTGAGE COMPANY THAT I WAS ALREADY WITH !!! The same people that
approached me about refinancing, then changed their mind about refinancing me.
So yes, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LUKE KOST AND FIDELITY HOME MORTGAGE LLC.

saved my family from drowning in debt and helped us afford to fix up our home. I
was contacted by them as a cold call and though I don't typically give callers
the time of day I decided to take the time to answer a few short questions.
Turns out I'm so glad and grateful I did. My family acquired thousands of
dollars in credit card bills and hospital bills the last 9 years. (22,000) My
daughter has one of the rarest genetical diseases in the world which requires to
go to Seattle Children's Hospital every 3 months and we attend a medical
conference every 2 years at different locations around the US. Her condition is
called Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). The cost of living had caught up to us and we
were living paycheck to paycheck. I myself have health issues too and had helped
contribute to the medical bills. Before I went back to being a teacher I drove
my car for work 115,000 miles in two years and it depreciated my vehicle 12,000

flooring, and a new kitchen. Not only was I able to refinance to pay off all of
our debts, but we are getting all the items my house needed fixed. I also got
out from under my backwards car loan and have a new vehicle. So to say I

Luke helped Roger and I when we were really struggling with debts in 2017, we
