RE: Hidden text
Hello, While I’m able to enable hidden text for a document with multiple
signers, I am not able to un-masked the hidden text so that it’s displaying on
the original, signed document. When I used the “Form Data” the hidden text is
displaying as a separate document, which is not what I’m looking for. I need to
be able to see the hidden values on the original document and be able to print
out or download for auditing purposes. Can you please help? Thank you! Hoang

I am using Smartsheet to generate remote work argreements for our staff, i need
to update the file name of the signed document to reflect the employees name and
template name. the smartsheet functionnality works file is saved with the
employee name, but the file delivered to the signers, and cc’ed reflects the
template file name and random exetension .

Can't change signature
I’m about to pull my hair out because I’m trying to allow someone to use my
computer to sign a document and even though I’m not logged in, the document
automatically uses my signature and won’t give the option of choosing a
signature. I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, cleared all the
signatures in my docusign account, added her signature to my docusign account,
in google I cleared my cache, cookies, autofill data, signed out, signed in to a
different account - really - everything I could think of. My name/signature info
must be attached to the document somehow and I don’t know how to un-attach it so
she can sign her name on the document. It’s strange though because the document
isn’t designed to be signed by the person who creates it, it’s designed to be
signed by the person signing up. I didn’t create the document, it’s generated
when I fill out the registration form through my company website. I’ve never had
this happen before and I’m so frustrated I want to smash s

2FA for UK users for HMLR Compliance
Docusign say that we have the package the includes the 2FA so that we can be
compliant with Land Registry e-signing rules. I can see in their guidance how it
should look but we do not have it and Docusign refuse to believe that this is
the case. We desperately need to get this activated. Does anyone UK based know
why this looks odd at our end?

Receiving and downloading received signed forms
I received two responses out of five so far to my envelope. The second response
is overwritten the first response so I can see the first responder’s details on
the form as well as the second responder’s form. I cannot see the two people’s
individuals’ forms. I cannot download them separately either.

Hi Everyone, Sorry for my writing (English is not my first language). I will try
to be as precise as possible. I would like to find a way to add email adress
that would be receiving the SIGNED document back. These adresses would not be in

Signing removes radio button selection
Hello! I am running into an issue with radio buttons becoming unselected. I have
several fillable PDF forms that are completed prior to upload to Docusign which
contain radio buttons. These buttons are selected by staff and don’t require the
signer’s inputs. The buttons appear selected during the upload process, while
previewing the documents when adding fields, etc. But suddenly lose their
selection when the documents are sent to the signer for signing! We have found a
workaround for now to “Print to PDF” before uploading to Docusign, which
flattens the values into place but this is an added step for my teams. Any
ideas? Thanks in advance!

A signer has declined to sign because they need the signer proceeding them to
sign first. I noticed my “Correct” and “Resend” features are missing from this
particular signing order, so I’m unable to correct the Signing Order. Usually I

Anyway to send a document to receive an infinite amount of signatures?
TLDR is I have an automation through shopify, that once a customer signs up they
get sent an email that has a hyperlink ideally to a docusign which they can then
sign etc. The idea is to be able to have this sent an infinite amount of times
to an infinite amount of customers, ideally not expiring or if it does after
years. this way the automation is just kinda set and left alone. Any ideas? I
get suggested powerforms often but that doesn’t seem to be working.

help finding a docusigned document not under my emails
I am in litigation with a company and I have a pdf of a docusigned document that
I cannot locate in my account under the email address that I currently am able
to log in under and the other two emails do not have docusigned accounts that
they may of been under. I have the envelope number but I do not have this
document in my email that the other party has my email address too. I would feel
I would have a copy on my hard drive or in my email. I have neither and they
have locked me out of my accounts on both the financial side and the website for
the car dealership. is there a way to track down the document with the envelope
id?

Files size too large?
Hi all, I have 22 users set up on our business account with one person receiving
an error message when uploading to an envelop to say the file size exceeds 25mb.
However, a different user on our account seems to have been able to send it
without any issues whatsoever. They are both trying to create the envelop in the
same way so not sure what is happening. Any advice or suggestions as to why this
is happening. They both have exactly the same set up re permissions etc. Thanks
