WHO WE ARE



BILLOW was founded with the vision to create a leader in urban real estate
construction, management and development offering a “one-stop shop” for aspiring
homeowners, landlords and estate agencies within Lagos, Abuja and other emerging
cities in Africa.

Based in Lekki in Lagos State, Nigeria, BILLOW offers a wide range of real
estate and property services including house and apartment construction,
commercial and home renovations, architectural design services, estate agency
services, real estate development, estate management, analysis of real estate
investment opportunities and implementation of projects.

The management team at BILLOW has over 30 years of combined experience in the
Nigerian real estate marketplace with a particular emphasis on choice areas in
Lagos State such as Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Pinnock Beach Estate
(Osapa London), Ikate, Oniru, Ikeja GRA and in Abuja FCT – Maitama , Wuse, Garki
and Gwarimpa.
