● OF SEEDS, IN CLAY ●
As a visual person, I resonate with the idea of starting out as a mere seed...
an enclosed potential field. Planted in truth-filled soil, watered by a
wellspring, a small buried treasure, nurtured over time... it speaks of a
process... of a moulding by tender and divine hands, of surrendering and
responding to the potter. It gently touches on the cycles of death and life...
on the hope that clay can always be re-worked and a withering field sprouts - in
silence - re-flourishes and resumes its green. Very small beginnings - almost
hidden - patiently awaiting growth into vibrant garden. A place where seeds are
concealed in order to grow roots, yet re-emerge and are seen again as fruits. As
uniquely different vessels, we are fully exposed yet are also made to contain
and hold a myriad of memories. In truth, those are unearthed and remembered. The
transformation from a seed to expansive lush land requires an externalizing of
buried emotions giving rise to freedom, healing as well as a renewed heart and
spirit... No longer a still-life but a living one! Be a seed... breaking
through... becoming at home where it is now...

● ABOUT ●
Hello, I’m Noor! A former architect, researcher and cultural manager - turned
art therapist. I have lived in China, Spain, Germany and Jordan.  After
personally experiencing the transformative power of faith, story telling and
creativity, my mission is to guide women on a journey towards healing,
fulfillment, purpose, and a deeper connection with God rooted in Christian
principles. I have a passion for highlighting God's beauty to the world by
helping others embrace life and its gifts in all its forms. Life, the ability
and willingness to live it as well as the openness to give it! My therapeutic
art sessions offer a unique pathway to shed light on your emotions, reflect on
insights while discovering inner peace through artistic expression and bringing
lasting healing to your memories. By combining my expertise of counseling
techniques with a deep understanding of Christian faith, I seek to provide
compassionate and effective care. Throughout the process, I help you discover or
strengthen your identity and relationship through and in Christ. As a lifelong
learner and storyteller, I believe in reaching people through arts, writing
and/or the creation of visual, experiential and relational spaces where every
person - holding unique richness and dignity – is able to reflect on the present
moment. I’m here to support you every step of the way on your search to find
solace and clarity.


● WHAT + WHY ●

Background - Bachelor’s in Architecture - Master’s in Arts & Cultural Management
- Master’s in Relational Art Psychotherapy - Over 600 hours of clinical training
under professional supervision - Over 100 hours of personal didactic therapy -
Clinical experience within private, educational, non-profit community and
religious organizations working with children and/or women (groups and
individuals – virtually and in person) - Registered member of the Professional
Association of Art Therapists in Spain (ATe) - Enriching personal experiences in
Catholic spiritual direction
If you’re anything like me, you have searched for faith-based, hands-on or
immersive avenues where non-clinical healing, coaching and guidance through the
arts with a foundation in sound theology is offered… I know, it’s a long list of
orders to fulfill... Some element would constantly be lacking. So I decided to
create this experience especially for you. My own growing journey within the
faith has inspired me to help others find truth and goodness through the beauty
of art-making. I see your inherent worth as a human person throughout the
evolving process. In unifying my professional and personal passions, I aim to
offer consultations to women of different ages and backgrounds integrating faith
and therapeutic art. I fully recognize and honor my God-given gifts and
abilities to be present, listen, discern and individualize the stories that are
trustingly shared with me.


● ONLINE SESSIONS ●

Growth + Guidance: Embarking on this journey is gradual; where a therapeutic
relationship is formed and explored between you, your created images and myself.
These interpersonal dynamics and invisible connections are also paralleled, even
if unconsciously, in our relationship with God and others. These moments of
self-reflection and growth become more tangible within the therapeutic process
of art-making. Together we can navigate the arising challenges or emotions, and
incorporate a new creative routine in your life. Structure + Reflection: Our
work together will include a verbal part while also exploring a way to
symbolically express beyond words... that which emanates from the depths of your
heart! The creation of spontaneous images is a powerful tool to communicate
non-verbally as you will be encouraged to discover and experiment with a wide
range of art materials. Art gives way for deep emotions that are challenging to
identify, perceive or merely describe orally. You'll have the option to explore
biblical themes, stories, and verses through art. Our sessions incorporate
Scripture-based prompts and reflections to inspire your creativity, encouraging
a deeper understanding and application of God's Word in your life. Blank Canvas:
Prior art knowledge or education is not necessary. This is NOT an art workshop;
the aim isn’t to create aesthetic end results nor feel entertained. It’s all
about the process, about how you engage with certain themes which may end up
revealing some uncomfortable or dual emotions.

foundation or strengthen their existing identity as beloved daughters of God -
feel ready to start healing in a way based on Truth - struggle with self
acceptance, anxiety, forgiveness, past wounds, inner dialogues based on lies -
look to understand the root of relational and interpersonal challenges,
attachment difficulties, self-esteem issues - feel alone in their daily life -
seek personal growth and spiritual development Every individual's journey is
unique. My tailored therapeutic art plans address your specific needs,
challenges, and spiritual goals, providing a supportive environment for growth,
healing and transformation. I’ll guide you in creating meaningful and profound
artworks that will allow you to reflect on your life.

art as prayer
Similar to Lectio Divina, Art can be a prayer, a form of expression and
communication… I invite you to have a conversation with God, with others, with
yourself! This process "engages thought, imagination, emotion, and desire." (CCC
2708)
creativity as a gift
Creativity comes from God as a gift; He is the ultimate Creator and Healer. In
His plan of goodness, He created you in His image and likeness. The potential of
using the creative process to generate images or of having the space to freely
create is something every individual is capable of as an innate and natural
ability. Art can be a "form of practical wisdom" and a catalyst for integration.

Every person interprets and responds to the same experience in a different
manner, and observes art or uses it for expression in an inimitable way.
Art-making engages your body, mind, heart and spirit while helping you to lose
the sense of space and time. It involves all your senses helping you translate
your inner feeling externally.
revelation through images
God is the ultimate sculptor or potter and is constantly molding you because He
knows you better than you know yourself. Symbols, mental and visual images as
well as metaphors are recurrent themes in the ways God chooses to reveal Himself
to us.
