DAVID LOWE

David Michael Lowe was born in Denton, Texas. David is a 1986 graduate of the
University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas, where he graduated with honors
(magna cum laude) in obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree. While in college,
David was awarded a three-year ROTC scholarship and was commissioned through
ROTC in May 1986 into the Army Reserve as a Second Lieutenant of the Adjutant
General’s Corps.  David is a graduate of Command and General Staff College, the
Judge Advocate General’s Corps Officer Advanced Course, and the Judge Advocate
General’s Corps Officer Basic Course. David’s military assignments include
serving during Operations Desert Shield and 


Desert Storm at Fort Knox, Kentucky. During his tenure at Fort Knox, Kentucky,
David served as a Legal Assistant Officer, Prosecuting Attorney, and
Environmental Law Specialist. He litigated approximately 45 courts-martial as
a prosecutor, which included convictions for serious crimes such as aggravated

MATT DREESEN

Matt Dreesen is a successful trial lawyer who is focused on meeting client needs
and getting results. An attorney since 1993, Matt’s practice includes Injury
Law, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Social Security/Disability,
Worker’s Compensation, Wrongful Death, Bankruptcy, False Claims Act Cases, and
Whistleblower Act Cases.  While maintaining his private law practice, Matt
continues to serve his country as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves JAG Corps
and has served in senior Judge Advocate positions as a Commander and as a Staff
Judge Advocate for multi-state military units. He also graduated in July 2014
from the prestigious U.S. Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Penn., joining
the ranks of Army War College graduates Eisenhower, Bradley and Schwarzkopf.

MATT MILLER

Matthew R. Miller is an accomplished trial lawyer who has practiced in Circuit
Courts throughout the State of Missouri, the Missouri Court of Appeals and has
successfully argued before the Missouri Supreme Court. Matt focuses his practice
on Criminal, Civil and Family Law and has handled thousands of cases in his
career.  Matt began his career more than ten years ago with a small firm in St.
Charles, Missouri where he handled a variety of civil and family law matters.
For the last eight years, Matt has focused primarily on criminal law where he
worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County and primarily as a
Senior Public Defender in the Trial Division of the Missouri State Public
Defender’s Office.  Matt’s significant experience and reputation for fighting
hard to get the best possible results for his clients has benefitted his clients
