INVESTMENT STRATEGY:

The actively managed iBET Sports Betting & Gaming ETF (“IBET ETF”) is designed
to offer investors exposure to the Sports Betting and Gaming industries.

The iBET Sports Betting & Gaming ETF (“IBET ETF”) is an actively managed
exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by
investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets,
plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of
companies of any market capitalization, including foreign issuers, that are
engaged in the Fund’s investment theme. A company is deemed to be engaged in the
Fund’s theme if (i) it derives a significant portion of its revenue (greater
than 50% of revenue) or market value (devotes at least 50% of its capital) from
the theme of the betting, sports, sports entertainment, and/or iGaming
industries and/or technology or (ii) it has stated its primary business to be in
products, services, or technologies focused on the theme of betting, sports,
sports entertainment, and iGaming.

IBET MAY PROVIDE EXPOSURE TO:

 * Sports betting and Gaming companies such as Penn Entertainment, FanDuel,
   Caesars, and others by either investing in the company directly or investing
   in the parent company.
 * Companies that support and provide technology related to Sports Betting &
   Gaming such as Light & Wonder and IGT.
 * Companies growing because of the legalization of online betting and sports
   betting such as Draft Kings.
 * Foreign companies involved in gambling, such as Kindred of Malta, Flutter
   Entertainment of Ireland, Evolution Gaming of Sweden, Entain in the United
   Kingdom, and others..

SPORTS BETTING & GAMING SECTOR HIGHLIGHTS:

 * The global online gambling market is expected to reach USD 153.57 billion by
   2030, registering a CAGR of 11.7% from 2020 to 2030, according to a new
   report by Grand View Research, Inc.
 * Currently more than 30 states allow online sports betting, several others
   have legislation in the works.
 * Increasing adoption of smartphones and easy access to casino gaming platforms
