NEW TRIAGE PROTOCOL!

We are currently experiencing unprecedented high demand for emergency veterinary
care in Calgary. Closures of other emergency veterinary care facilities in the
city have caused additional pressure on our team, and as a result we have
limited capacity to care for non-urgent patients.


 

To manage this high demand, we may need to sporadically implement our triage
protocol when we're unable to see all patients. When this protocol is active,
please follow the priority levels and instructions listed below. 

 

Priority 1  - please come directly to the hospital. 

 

Priority 2 - we will see your pet as soon as possible, however please expect
long wait times. 

 

Priority 3 - we will not be able to see them at this time. Please follow up with
your pet’s primary care veterinarian when next available. 

 

 

Please let us know right away if your pet’s condition changes at any time. We
deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
