TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF DOCTRIN PLATFORM

Unfortunately we have temporarily closed the Doctrin platform. If you have
already submitted a case then it is in our system and will be dealt with as soon
as possible.

The platform will re-open for new cases between 8am to 10am on Thursday 2
November.

If you need to contact us in the meantime, please telephone the surgery during
normal working hours, dial 111 for non-urgent cases or 999 for emergencies.

Sorry for any inconvenience that this temporary closure may cause.
