MAKING THE UNCOMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLE!

No Boundaries is a specialist training & management consultancy that specialises
in diversity and inclusion awareness and education. Our aim is to help make
education and workplaces fairer for everyone by eradicating prejudice and
unfairness wherever it exists.

We provide anti-racism training in the belief that by working together, we can
achieve equality of opportunity and an inclusive and diverse society where
everyone is valued and able to succeed. We believe that 'education is the key to
unlocking racism' and promoting equality in all arenas.

We work with a wide range of clients in all sectors including education, public,
NGO and private organisations. We have worked with schools, colleges,
universities, local councils, legal and professional service firms, corporate
businesses, housing associations and the criminal justice system - police and
prison services as well as fire service rescue organisations.

We believe in embracing the power of difference and working together, to create
diverse, equal and inclusive environments where everyone feels safe, valued and
able to succeed.

Our team have lived experiences of racism and many years of facilitating and
delivering diversity, inclusivity and anti-racism training. Our sessions
encourage open and honest discussions through activities that challenge
participants to use their critical thinking skills. We ask clients to reflect on
their own views and attitudes while exploring the factors that influence our
judgements.

WHAT SOME OF OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US:-

 * “Brilliant training session in depth reason behind words and phrases that
help everyone understand why these words shouldn’t be used. The positive
changes No Boundaries are making are inspiring to young people”

   Paige Price
   Residential Care Worker
   Keys Group

 * "I would encourage schools, workplaces and clubs to attend this workshop.
Its very worthwhile educating people about racism, I thoroughly enjoyed the
course and found it very interesting, I learnt a lot along the way"

Jacob Guy - Sport Development Officer
   Torfaen Council

 * "We had No Boundaries visit our school and the pupils really enjoyed learning
about racism and hearing from Sean who provided his own personal experiences
alongside activities he delivered.  I would really encourage other schools to
get in touch with No Boundaries who delivered the work in an engaging manner
and we all learnt a lot"

   Cerys Allen
   Ysgol Bro Banw, Carmarthenshire

 * “The session was excellent, it was really engaging, all members got involved
   in it.
The way Sean presents it is really engaging, really helps break down some of
the nervousness people have in dealing with the issues that we raised. I
really like to recommend the training to everyone”

   Anthony Hunt
   Leader of Torfaen Council

 * "I would definitely recommend No Boundaries TC for staff training, supporting
schools in challenge racism. The sessions help staff to develop a better
understanding of terminology and initiate difficult conversations in a
non-threatening environment, creating much food for thought"

   Jane Jones
Deputy Head teacher, Cwmffrwdoer Primary School

 * “I found the session very informative and slightly uncomfortable at times,
but it was a good uncomfortable. I think people don't understand what’s
racist and what isn't therefore understanding the history behind terms was
really useful as I now have a better understanding of how hurtful some
   phrases and words can be”

   Prison Officer

   HMP Warren Hill

 * “WOW. What an amazing professional, team that make the uncomfortable
comfortable and empowered me to think before I speak and where terms come
   from”

   Teacher

Nant Y Pant Primary school, Caerphilly

 * “You have something very special here, with your combination of passion,
personal experience, relationship with one another and a clear journey and
goal. I think that the training is important for society and if this starts
in workplaces first and moves across to social and community groups, you will
have a direct impact on happiness, safety and togetherness. The delivery of
the training was great, really enjoyable and I feel you achieved making the
uncomfortable, comfortable for training session. I'm looking forward to our
team experiencing this training too. I thank you for this, as a professional,
   parent and person! “

   Rachel Rogers Service Manager

Keys Group - Children's residential services

thinking about racism in a supportive and non-judgmental way and helped clear
up misconceptions which have been perpetuated by the media. Thank you so
   much! “

uncomfortable topics and provide the realization that we shouldn’t be
uncomfortable talking about it; education is the key to making change”

   Caerphilly Council staff member

 * “The session was incredibly thought provoking and useful. Though I am aware
that racism is a definite problem in our schools I was not aware that these
issues would start as early as primary school, the session inspired the
