   skill of surveyor gave me comfort regarding the use of Stonehill. The
   subsequent report (type2) created a complete understanding of the purchase I
   was attempting. The advice contained in the report was accurate and helpful,
   the photographic attachment very educational. All in all a worthwhile
   exercise – to recommend.

 * Very detailed and informative report provided within a couple of days of the
   inspection. Prompt response to my request for a quotation (I am still waiting
   another company to provide a quotation). James was very personable, included
   additional information to inform our renovation plans. He also was able to
   bring the survey forward due to a cancellation as he knew we were under time
   pressure.
