She brings a broad background to McLean & Company. Her experience includes over ten years of conducting and writing HR research and providing advisory and consulting services to HR leaders and practitioners. * Janet has knowledge across several HR disciplines, with specific expertise in workforce issues including analytics, culture, talent management, learning & development, career management, employee experience, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
