BUSINESS KEYNOTE SPEAKER WITH A TEDX TALK



I offer my Challenge-4-Change business keynote speaker programs as keynotes,
one- or two-day seminar sessions, and online webinar sessions. My background
enables me to support you successfully. Years ago, I started as an author and TV
adventurer with publications on challenge-based adventure self-experiments where
I had to face my fears. These challenges taught me lessons on overcoming
obstacles related to resilience, change management, time management, goal
setting, and leadership. Therefore, I overcame my shyness and fear by leaving my
comfort zone and improved in building relationships and my business success.

WHAT DOES A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER OFFER?


DETAILED PROGRAM



I created the Challenge-4-Change business keynote speaker program for
corporations and associations based on my experiences. Therefore, my adventurous
challenges of traveling the world for free, trading an apple into a house,
completing 2000 miles by kick scooter in 80 days, and many others required
strategy plans to achieve my goals.

In How to Travel the World for Free (PBS, Tonight Show), I mainly had to focus
on strategies to become more self-confident and to increase my abilities in
constantly embracing change and building relationships. After that, In Trade Up
Around the World, I primarily had to improve my goal-setting and my ability to
leave my comfort zone to overcome my shyness and build teams.

Other projects helped me with other aspects of developing my personal and
professional skills. Ten years after that, and almost 90 traveled countries
later, I reflected on what I have learned by taking on these adventure
challenges. Therefore, I developed the Challenge-4-Change business keynote
program, also titled the MWCC program. More than 200 corporate clients have
proven the program’s success. In conclusion, I support them with the

WHAT TOPICS DO YOU COVER AS A BUSINESS KEYNOTE SPEAKER?



So far, I have had all sorts of clients from several different countries. Most
clients contact me to help improve their employees’ change management,
motivation, and time management. Also, corporations often book me as a business

example, unclear goal setting, a lack of setting boundaries, no work/life

balance in business relationships. Part of my work as a business keynote speaker
is finding immediate solutions during a group workshop or event keynote to
improve a situation.

The Challenge-4-Change speaker program is based on a time frame of one or two

certified tools for personal development, a keynote, group work, and
practice-oriented exercises. For instance, seminar participants receive homework

worry. After each seminar, participants usually set a challenge related to their
destinations.
