Careers are drastically shifting. The four big reasons are:

Just yesterday I finished reading the book, Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty.
Apart from being a thriller that was unputdownable, this book actually brings

stressful and tiring it can get because your little one is now gradually

WHY YANCHA
Yancha is a Japanese word which means a naughty, mischievous and unmanageable
child. These are also the behaviours that are seemingly difficult to manage, and
which if channelized well can bring up a very responsible youngster. We believe
that a child is like a play doh or a seed - and it's the responsibility of the
parents to provide the environment to bring up the child, and that in turn
shapes the child over years.
