CONNECTING THE WORLD Phone Contacts to TMG Contacts Convertor HOW TO USE 1. If you are an expert Smart Phone user, use the Mobile Facility below to Convert and Upload directly from your phone. 2. If you are not an expert Smart Phone user, or if you have a Pre-Smart Phone (Feature Phone / Basic Mobile Phone), copy your Contacts to your PC/Laptop/Mac using Bluetooth or a USB cable, and then carry out the Conversion and Upload from the PC/Laptop/Mac Facility. 3. Your Contacts will remain intact on your Phone after you carry out this process. COPYING FROM PHONE TO PC/LAPTOP/MAC 1. Connect your Phone to your PC/Laptop/Mac using Bluetooth or Cable. 2. Copy your Contacts into a new folder on your PC/Laptop/Mac, in vCard or vcf format. PREPARATION FOR UPLOAD TO YOUR TMG ACCOUNT 1. Go to the file on your PC/Laptop/Mac that you copied your Contacts to by clicking the "Upload Contacts" button in the Facility below. 2. In the "Format" field in the Facility below, select the "CSV" in the drop-down. 3. When “CSV” has been selected, leave the "Comma" field that will appear as it is, it has been pre-set. 4. When “CSV” has been selected, leave the "Enable csv header column" field that will appear as it is, it has been pre-set. 5. Click the "Convert" button at the bottom of the Facility below. 6. The file is then automatically Converted, and re-saved to your PC/Laptop/Mac in a format ready for upload to your TMG Account. (If you're not prompted where to save the file, you'll find it in the "Downloads" folder on your PC/Laptop/Mac). 7. Your Contacts will then be ready on your PC/Laptop/Mac for upload to your TMG Account. 8. Go to your My Call/Text Contacts Facility in your TMG Account, and click the "Upload Contacts" button.
