OMAHA CITY COUNCIL APPROVES TIF FOR APARTMENTS AT 48TH AND DODGE, HOUSING IN
NORTH OMAHA.

The Omaha City Council met Tuesday, Oct 4, to approve multiple tax increment
financing (TIF)  agreements, including nearly $11 million for a five-story
